unit Our main bed medical surgical and telemetry unit is the core of our department with additional beds for step downPCU and orthopedic patients We are a collaborative multidisciplinary care team who are proud to serve our communityJob SummaryUnder the supervision of a Registered Nurse the Patient Care Technician PCT performs delegated functions while considering the age specific needs of the patient The PCT assists in meeting the healthcare safety and comfort needs of the patients in accordance with the existing regulatory andhospital standards policies and procedures They are a contributing member of the healthcare team working to assist the patient in achieving established care outcomesModel quality patientcustomer service by demonstrating a willingness to serve all customers at all times Maintain awareness of patient needs while utilizing tact discretion and compassion in responding to those needsAssist patients with activities of daily living and record in the
