**As a Behavioral Health Technician you will:**
+ Play a critical role on the multi-disciplinary treatment team
+ Provide direct care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
+ Ensure the safety of the assigned unit
+ Identify and address both environmental and patient-specific safety concerns
+ Collaborate with the RN and other supervisory personnel to maintain a secure and therapeutic environment
**Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's Degree or higher is preferred.
+ Minimum of 6 months of healthcare-related experience, with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations.
+ Must be at least 21 years old.
**Other Details:**
+ This is a permanent placement opportunity
+ Sign-on bonus available, to be discussed further
+ Schedule: 12 hour shifts, 7am-7pm OR 7pm-7am 3x per week; weekends may be required ** NOTE, highest need is the evening shift **
+ Pay Range: $16-21/hour

+ There is a $500 sign on bonus that is paid out upon 90 days the rest at 1 year.

**Pay Details:** $16.00 to $21.00 per hour
