Patient Care Tech - Samaritan Hospital - 3rd floor PCU - FT Days - 12 hr shifts
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** 12 Hour Day Shift **Description:** Patient Care Technician at Samaritan Hospital 3rd floor – PCU Unit Full Time Days rotating weekdays, weekends and holidays NO SET SCHEDULES, performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care activities under the direct supervision of a Register Nurse. Including but not limited to activities of Daily Living (bathing, positioning, ambulation and feeding), taking vital signs and collecting specimens. Also included is transferring patients, managing supplied and patient care documentation. This position requires the ability to do heavy lifting, pushing pulling and standing for long periods of time. This position requires a high school diploma or GED. Pay Range:$17.25 - $25.00 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
