**Patient Care Technician** Freeman Regional Health Services in Freeman, SD is seeking a full-time Patient Care Technician at our critical access hospital. _Responsibilities:_ Provide basic patient health care and daily living assistance, maintain a clean work environment in assigned areas, prepare medical equipment and conduct documentation. _Schedule:_ Work 12-hour day/night rotations, full-time, including weekend and holiday rotation. _Requirements:_ + High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required. + Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred, but not required at hire. CNA certification is expected to be obtained within 6 months of hire (FRHS will assist with this process). + Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
