Responsibilities: Assist with patient care & daily activities. Perform core nursing assistant duties (e.g., blood glucose monitoring, vital signs, specimen collection, Foley care) Monitor patient status and report changes to the RN. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and other departments. Assist with patient restraints and provide instruction to patients and families under RN direction. Support unit activities, including call light response, meal tray delivery, and patient transport. Maintain safety and adhere to hospital policies and procedures. Document patient care in medical records and perform clerical duties as needed. Engage in department projects and quality initiatives.
