Essential Fucntion/Responsibilities: + Assisting patients with activities of daily living ;Obtaining and recording vital signs, weights and heights; assisting patients with mobility: ambulation, transfer, discharges and ROM activities; performing post mortem care; measuring and recording I & O; performing EKG's, phlebotomy and blood glucose monitoring; observing and reporting changes in patients’ condition to the RN; maintaining phlebotomy equipment and inventory and all other duties as assigned. Minimum Education: + HS diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience: + Completion of training program. + Completion of Healthcare Provider Course within six months. + Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with other members of the Care Center. + 6 months prior healthcare experience with patient care experience preferred
