Must be able to work five days per week: 3pm-11pm including rotating weekends/holidays.** **Summary** Provides patient care services as assigned by a registered nurse. **Scope** Impacts patient comfort and outcome of care. **Essential Job Functions** Acts as member of a multidisciplinary team that identifies and addresses patient care needs. Assists in completion of activities of daily living, mobilization, admit/discharge and obtaining vital signs. Updates and retrieves patient information. Ensures patient environment is maintained in a clean, safe and orderly manner. Acts as part of an assigned care team. Other duties as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education** Required: High school diploma or equivalent. **Experience** Preferred: Experience in an acute care setting as a Nursing Assistant. **Licensure/Certification** Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). **Other** Required: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
