Patient Care Technician PATH Details
Essential Job Duties:
Collaborate with RN staff to assess patients' needs and report concerns. Assist in developing and modifying care plans, prioritizing patient problems, and performing medical tasks. Provide patient education, follow policies, respond to emergencies, and act as a patient advocate while respecting rights and confidentiality. Evaluate interventions, maintain professionalism, and seek assistance when needed.

Program details:
Will be directly hired to a specific unit. Required to attend a paid 3-week training program. Classes will occur Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Upon completion of the program, you will transition to 12-hour shifts. Must be certified in healthcare provider BLS upon hire.
