Responsibilities

As a Patient Coordinator, you play an important role in our office and  perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:

Greet each patient with a warm, friendly demeanor. Schedule and confirm patient appointments.Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.Answer phones on the first ring whenever possible.Provides all necessary paperwork for new and existing patients and scans completed paperwork into the patients record. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.A minimum of two years of customer service experience preferably in a dental setting.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
