HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your Role:

Upholds patients’ rights, advocates for patients and families, and enhances the overall patient experience continuously. Serves as a patient advocate. Manages patient feedback and suggestions. Serves as a resource to the organization for improving patient satisfaction and the patient experience. Performs duties in accordance with Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare’s (TMH) strategic plan and quality improvement (QI) principles.

Director/Patient Experience (JC: 019001)

Supervises:

None WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

Associate degree in health care, social sciences, communication, or a related field.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s degree in health care, social sciences, communication, or a related field.

Required Experience:

Three (3) years of relevant health care, patient advocacy, patient relations, customer service, or performance improvement experience.

Preferred Experience:

Administrative skills.  Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office.  Skilled in using computer applications in day-to-day functions.  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.  Exceptional interpersonal skills.  Ability to unite around a common goal.  Possesses a desire to make a difference.  Professional.  Goal oriented.  Detail oriented.  Organized.  Compassionate.  Empathetic.
