This position serves as liaison between patients and their families, visitors, and the organization's departments, administration, core leaders, caregivers, and physicians for thorough and timely resolution of issues, concerns, and complaints. Provides a wide variety of administrative support for the Patient Experience Department and other departments in accordance with Providence philosophy, strategic goals and objectives. Responsible for managing data used to improve the patient and caregiver experience, quality of care, service, and patient safety by assisting in the analysis, planning, creation and maintenance of reports and process improvement projects.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 5 years Patient Experience/Service Excellence/Customer Service 2 years Healthcare/Hospital related experience Experience in data analysis, creating customized dashboards and strong data technology and system Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel to include tables, charts, pivot tables, data creation and manipulationPreferred Qualifications:
