Patient Experience & Training Coordinator
Overview Travel to all OnCall Urgent Care locations is required. Salary range for this position is $63,606-$74,838; Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. POSITION SUMMARY: The Patient Experience & Training Coordinator role is responsible for development, facilitation, and coordination of the patient experience training program across the OSF OnCall entity. This role is also responsible for coordinating and communicating onboarding plans and processes for new Mission Partners. Ensures communication, coordination, and integration of training plans and supports projects that involve education or patient experience. This role partners closely with OnCall leadership, educators, and other members of the support team to evaluate, manage, and coordinate patient experience training and onboarding of new employees and on-site and virtual training for both implementation of new sites or programs as well as the ongoing training needs for existing operations. This position communicates and identifies training needs as it pertains to the OSF OnCall Urgent Care model and the patient experience needs of other programs within OSF OnCall, as well as maps out development plans for teams and individuals. This position collaborates with other patient experience professionals within OSF HealthCare through participation on workgroups and initiatives. Ensures communication, coordination, and integration of training work plans with all areas as needed. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor Degree in healthcare, education, organizational development, or business-related field Experience: Three years' experience in a healthcare setting Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel programs. Must be comfortable presenting in front of groups. Willingness to travel to all OnCall locations. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Five years of experience in a health care industry and/or delivering education and training. Experience developing adult education curriculum and teaching plans. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Previous work on interdisciplinary projects that include various healthcare providers, administrators, and information system professionals.
