Summary

Responsible for all payment posting, daily bank deposits, processing and monitoring of all payments including insurance remittances.  Responsible for establishing payment plans for our patients. Greets and acknowledges all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provides quick, responsive customer service to our patients and visitors.
 

Position Qualifications
 
Minimum Education         High school graduate or the equivalent with data entry experience.

Minimum Experience       

6-12 months of clerical experience in medical billing field, including data-entry.  

Preferred Experience      

Previous experience working with accounts receivable and/or the collection of medical bills preferred.
