Two years of experience in a field that involves healthcare terminology with knowledge of collection processes/regulations preferred. Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and demonstrate the ability to carry out detailed written and verbal instructions independently. Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills as well as computer and telephone skills. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
