Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager - Patient Services at Nebraska Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. This food service leader will supervise the evening patient feeding operations at this 600+ bed teaching hospital. This food service manager will lead, mentor and develop a team of frontline staff and supervisors and will work closely with nurses and patients to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations.

Schedule is primarily Monday-Friday / 11am-8pm with rotating weekends every 1-2 months.
The successful candidate will:
lead the evening operations of patient room service dining programsupervise and train frontline team and supervisorscoordinate department safety and sanitationengage with employees and promote an inclusive culture engage in rounding with patients and nurses to promote and improve patient satisfaction

Qualifications & RequirementsBasic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
