Patient Placement Center Specialist supports care for Providence St Joseph Health (PSJH) patients by coordinating the patient intake process. He/she will be involved in taking and triaging calls, and facilitating inbound and outbound transfers for/from PSJH facilities. The employee will be responsible for assisting team to problem solve complex critical cases and situations.

Required Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Or 1-3 years of healthcare related experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field
