MUST HAVE: Any experience within medical front desk, patient registration, patient service coordinator, medical scheduling, or something similar! Description Patient Registration Associate greeting incoming patients, checking patients in/out, verifying insurance, providing EXCELLENT customer service. Answering phones, scheduling patient appointments & next appointments Working with providers to ensure patients are being seen in a timely fashion Using EPIC EMR system on a daily basis Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required.
