Responsibilities include utilizing the electronic medical record EMR to schedule initial evaluations and follow up appointments and process patient charges coordinating referrals preparing the proper paperwork and collecting pertinent patient information answering phones performing other related duties as assigned The Patient Representative provides support to the clinical staff to provide optimum working environment Knowledge of medical terminology and outpatient third party reimbursement preferred Requires effective organizational and interpersonal skills needed for anticipating and reacting
