The Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Patient Safety Partner. While we would prefer candidates with 0-5 years of experience, we also welcome applications from recent graduates or those starting their careers. Whether you have prior experience or are just beginning your professional journey, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient safety in a supportive, dynamic, and innovative environment

What You’ll Do:
As a Patient Safety Partner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of patients by supporting the implementation and maintenance of a robust pharmacovigilance (PV) system. Your contributions will help drive safety activities, improve regulatory compliance, and contribute to Roche's mission of delivering patient-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with local and global teams to manage safety reporting, risk management, and safety communication.

Support the preparation and review of safety reports and documentation.

Assist with the implementation of risk management plans and safety strategies.

Contribute to the safety aspects of clinical trials, patient support programs, and other initiatives.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Roche’s policies and local regulatory requirements.

Support with inspections and audits

Interaction with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders to ensure implementation of PV system in compliance with local and global regulatory authorities requirements

Supporting with patient gaining safety insights and solutions to deliver unmet patient safety needs

Who You Are:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is ready to learn and grow in a global organization. You’ll bring:

A Pharmacy or medical degree 

A genuine interest in patient safety, healthcare, and regulatory systems.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience in healthcare ( 0-5 years experience)

An eagerness to learn and develop in a supportive and innovative workplace.
