Schedule outpatient hospital procedures over the phone, while providing a high-level customer service experience.Obtain, verify orders and referrals from providers.Obtaining patient demographics.Verify that ordered procedures have been authorized by insurance.Provide instructions to patients on test / procedure preparation.What Patient Scheduling Representative will need:
High school Diploma or equivalent. Medical TerminologyData entry, and technical skills including 50-60 keystrokes per min.Preferred previous experience min of 1 year in medical office, or hospital-based setting.Work Schedule - Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm
Training Schedule - 8:00am -4:30pm Mon-Fri
