Responsibilities
Under the oversight of the Patient Service Center Manager, the Patient Service Supervisor will manage the day-to-day activities of multiple Patient Service Centers and Home Draw services to ensure services are completed accurately and on time in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (i.e., CLIA, OSHA, AAAHC, EHS, etc.…). The PSC Supervisor is accountable for coordinating the safe and efficient specimen collection, specimen processing, testing, and resulting of waived tests, and reference and special mail-outs.

Salary Range: $76,505 - $94,496 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: Associate degree from an accredited institution in Business/Science
Additional 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in addition to the supervisory experience requirement
may substitute for degree.
Preferred: BA/BS degree from an accredited institution
Experience
Required: 5-years phlebotomy experience
2-years supervising phlebotomy operations with Associates Degree
1-year waived testing performance
Preferred: 2-years supervising a multiple site operation
License(s)
Required: N/A
Preferred: Current PBT (ASCP) phlebotomy certification
Special Skills
Required: Knowledgeable of CLIA regulations and ability to summarize inspection findings for Compliance,
Waived and PPM certifications.
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Preferred: N/A
Other
Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver organized and concise
presentations tailored to audience.
Excellent time management skills- ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to efficiently manage lab
operations at multiple sites
