We are currently looking for a Patient Service Coordinator to join our team. This position would be responsible for scheduling all visits based on patient’s needs and running reports in HCHB computer program and maintaining ongoing communication with clinicians, patients and patient care directors.

Responsibilities Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workersSchedules and reschedules all visits based on patients’ needsRuns reports including productivity, case count and missed visits Answers all staff related calls and refers clinical questions to Level 3 and Patient Care DirectorWorks closely with Reimbursement to review list from private pay/managed careAdheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearanceOmission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus2-3 years’ office experience required; medical background preferredStrong computer skills and proficient in MS Office SuiteStrong organizational skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsWorking Conditions/Physical Demand: Business Office Environment with heavy phone and computer use
