The Patient Services Rep position is at a small Dental Office in Auburn, Maine. We are looking for a person who has a great attitude, a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.  This person would oversee the front desk by greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering billing questions, balance deposits at the end of the day, assisting with patient insurance payments and other tasks as assigned. This challenging position requires a person with experience with scheduling and managing tasks 

 

The Patient Services Rep Qualifications: 

1 yr Customer Service Exp Good Organization Skills Good verbal, written and phone communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Previous dental experience Associates degree preferred Ability to pass BG and drug screen 

The Patient Services Rep details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday for Tuesday-Friday from 7:30-4:30/5 Pay Rate: $17-23.00/ hr DOE Start Date: ASAP
