Please read below and if interested, apply with current resume for consideration: **Pay:** $18 to $20/hr **Type:** Contract to Hire **Schedule:** Fulltime - Monday to Friday **Primary Responsibilities:** + Schedule and coordinate appointments, including follow-up, confirmation, and managing questionnaires. + Check in clients, verify eligibility, and educate clients on billing, insurance policies, and intake procedures. + Support operations-related projects, including chart reviews, Quality Improvement (QI) Projects, and accreditation tasks. + Assist with office inventory management and ordering supplies. **Qualifications:** + Associate’s Degree + Two years of administrative office support experience preferred. + Experience with electronic health records preferred. + High level of discretion and adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.
