Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist patients and healthcare providers, and manage various administrative tasks in a high-volume call environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with our company and potentially secure a permanent position.

ResponsibilitiesAnswer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals.Handle 65 incoming calls and 75 outbound calls per shift.Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately.Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient medications as needed.Assist new and returning patients with their application process for services.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or GED.High volume call experience.KY pharmacy license before starting.Additional Skills & QualificationsOne (1) year of work experience in pharmacy, managed care, Medicaid and/or Medicare organizations, pharmaceutical and/or biotech manufacturer, insurance, medical office, or related field is a plus.Customer service experience in a call center environment.Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.Work Environment

This position offers various shifts including 8:00-4:30, 8:30-5:00, 9:00-5:30, 10:00-6:30, and 11:30-8:00. The role involves working at a desk in a closed-door pharmacy, interacting with patients and providers over the phone with auto-connected calls, resulting in constant phone communication.

Training is provided in-person for three weeks from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The dress code is business casual during training, transitioning to a more casual dress code afterwards. The company is expanding, providing opportunities for growth and potential permanent hire for consultants with excellent attendance and work ethic.
