Patient Service Representative

Position Summary

Provides a high level of customer service to patients. Responsible for all non clinical aspects of patient care.

Rev Cycle, Insurance Eligibility and Payments Registration and Checkout Scheduling Electronic Health Record General Office Duties

Reports to (position): Office/Practice Manager, Front Office Coordinator and/or Supervisor, Practice Director, Operations Manager Supervises (position(s): None

Minimum Education: Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred: None
Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: None Preferred: 1-3 years experience in a Medical Office

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, multi-tasking skills, telephone etiquette Preferred: Knowledge of general office equipment
