Patient Service Representative

Acts as resource for Patient Access personal. Assist employees and arranges for the efficient operation of Registration, PBX, and Scheduling, Adjusting staff as needed to maintain department efficiency. This position reports to the Patient Access Supervisor.

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
