Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers, meeting or exceeding service level goals. You will handle a high volume of incoming and outbound calls per shift, accurately capture and update information, and provide tracking and shipping information for patients' medications as needed. You will assist new and returning patients with their application process for our services.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals.Handle 65 incoming calls and 75 outbound calls per shift.Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately.Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patients' medications as needed.Assist new and returning patients with their application process for services.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.High volume call experience.KY pharmacy license before starting.One year of work experience in pharmacy, managed care, Medicaid and/or Medicare organizations, pharmaceutical and/or biotech manufacturer, insurance, medical office, or related field (preferred).Work EnvironmentYou will work shifts available from 8:00-4:30, 8:30-5:00, 9:00-5:30, 10:00-6:30, or 11:30-8:00.This is a desk job in a close-door pharmacy where you will be talking to patients and providers on the phone.Calls are auto-connected, so you will be on the phone constantly.There is a 3-week training period in person (8:30 am to 5:00 pm).The dress code is business casual during training, then transitions to more casual attire.
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
