Patient Service Representative/Rehab Tech (Part-Time)
Description

This dual position will support both our Welcome Center and Outpatient Therapy teams. In the role, you will greet and provide professional and courteous customer service to children, families, and visitors, and provide clerical and administrative support to the team. You will also be responsible for the organizing, cleaning and disinfecting the gyms, classrooms and other areas used for therapy sessions. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pmWhat You'll DoGreet and identify needs of visitors to ChildServe. Provide a positive customer service experience when interacting with families, visitors, and staffComplete service coordination duties such as modifying schedules of clients as needed. Identify and communicate to providers when clients have arrived for appointments Answer multi-line telephone and route as necessary, sort and distribute mail, receive and process faxesPerform a variety of clerical tasks including ensuring complete documentation for scheduling, review of service documentation, and parent verification.Take inventory of supplies needed for daily therapy sessionsPrep for daily therapy sessions, including clean therapy rooms and toys What You'll Need
Required: High school degree or equivalentPreferred: Working toward or has completed some post high school education in related areaAn ability to maintain positive working relationships and demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse populationDemonstration of proficient organizational and time management skills with developed problem solving skills and decision-making, and ability to prioritize multiple demandsComputer skills including Microsoft Office, and ability to proficiently learn new software programsAbility to communicate in English effectively for understanding, in writing and verballyAbility to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and standThis position will be subject to COVID-19 safety requirements.
