We blend high-tech with high touch in ways that are advancing superior health care throughout the communities we serve. **Title:** Patient Services Specialist - Box Truck Driver **Facility:** BayCare Home Care - Sarasota **Responsibilities:** + Will drive box truck with lift gate transporting Durable Medical Equipment to patient homes. + **Durable Medical Equipment and Rehab:** The Patient Service Specialist maintains, delivers, picks up, repairs equipment, and instructs patients on proper usage. + Assists with completion of patient account information forms, and when appropriate collects payment. + **Concentrator Check:** The Patient Service Specialist, which conducts Preventive Maintenance on Concentrators Checks, is expected to maintain Category II (oxygen) Medical Equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and State regulations. + All Patient Services specialists are required to complete a health screening physical, carry the medical card with them while working and undergo random drug and alcohol testing.
