Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Patient Services Associate to join our team at our satellite office in Cary, NC. This role is essential for ensuring smooth patient registration, check-in and check-out processes, intake, assisting with prior authorizations, and scheduling appointments. The office is multi-specialty, with 6 providers and an optician, and can see up to 100 patients per day.
ResponsibilitiesRegister patients and manage check-in and check-out processes.Assist with patient intake and prior authorizations.Schedule appointments and provide general support.Ensure documentation accuracy and efficiency in handling a high volume of patients.Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction and receive positive reviews.Essential Skills2 years of experience as a Patient Services Associate or Medical Secretary.Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience with EPIC or similar systems preferred but not required.Work Environment
This is an onsite position at our satellite office in Cary, NC. The office operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM with a 45-minute lunch break. The work environment is fast-paced, supporting patient scheduling. This is a 4-month contract with the opportunity to apply for permanent vacancies.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.36 - $22.43
