Position Purpose:

What you will do:
Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers. Document and log of all complaints in RESOLVE IT. Provide general information about the practices to new and existing patients, providers and staff. Impart information both verbally and in writing in a clear manner by sharing the appropriate amount and content of information so that it is understood by the intended audience. Responsible for BMC and Masshealth/PCCP/Network Heath outreach and documentation. Will adhere to all HIPPA Privacy and Security policies and report violations and incidents they observe and cooperate in investigations as requested by management. Additional Supervision/Coordination tasks as assignedMinimum Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent related experience required. Experience: Two (2) years’ experience in a medical setting. Several years’ experience in insurance, account inquiry and customer service required. Must have ability to learn new tasks quickly and accurately. Knowledge of insurance products including third party reimbursement. Computer skills in a Windows environment, Epic and Excel.
