Shift Monday–Friday Day Shift (Typically 8:00am – 5:00pm) Job Summary The Patient Services Coordinator will primarily serve as the front desk contact in various College of Dentistry clinics, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for patients, visitors, and community members. Key responsibilities include patient check-in, obtaining and updating demographic and insurance information, scheduling appointments, and verifying benefits to optimize coverage. The coordinator will collect payments, answer basic insurance questions, and maintain accurate records in the electronic health system. Additionally, they will manage incoming calls, process referrals, and provide outstanding customer service to all clinic visitors.
