As a Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) at Novant Health Rehabilitation Center powered by PT Solutions, you’ll be an essential part of our patient care team, ensuring a seamless experience from the first appointment to the final follow-up.

 

PT Solutions is also the preferred therapy provider for OrthoCarolina, giving you the opportunity to support a diverse range of patients across orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric, and sports medicine specialties.

 

In this role, you'll build meaningful connections with patients, insurance providers, and medical professionals to streamline scheduling and financial workflows. Your daily responsibilities may include verifying insurance, managing prior authorizations, and coordinating physician referrals. A patient-centered mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently will set you up for success.

Your Responsibilities as a Patient Services Coordinator

Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelinesFollow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits managementObtain authorization and/or prior authorizationOver the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthlyMaintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments

Qualifications

PT Solutions requires at minimum, a High School or GED diploma. Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required.1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred)

 

Pay Range:

$16 - $19 per HourAny posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.

 

Schedule:

Full-time Mon-Fri
