Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 to support the patient service management operations and a team of approximately 30 employees for NYC Health + Hospitals/Coler.
NYC Health + Hospitals/Coler, is a 4-Star Rated facility known for its specialized memory care program, located on Roosevelt Island, conveniently located to NYC and Queens and easily accessible to public transportation offering free on-site parking.
Prior patient service, union management experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
We are looking for candidates who will:
have oversight of day-to-day patient service operations;manage, lead, grow, and retain frontline staff; achieve company and client financial targets and goals;develop and maintain client and customer relationships; andcreate a positive environment;The ideal candidate:

Qualifications & RequirementsBasic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
