About Center for Outpatient Services 

The Lakeland Health Park, St. Joseph site of the Center for Outpatient Services is a development of medical facilities providing outpatient surgery, physician offices, physical rehabilitation, laboratory services, specialized women’s services, and radiology services, including the region’s only CAD-assisted MRI with mammography and CT technology. It is also home to the Marie Yeager Cancer Center, the Whirlpool Diagnostics Imaging Center, rehabilitation services, and the headquarters of Caring Circle and Van’s Medical Equipment of Lakeland 

Scope of Work

As a Patient Services Representative with Corewell Health, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch healthcare service to our patients. You'll work as part of a team to provide registration, concierge, and clerical services. The service you provide in the role will make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

Qualifications

Required High School Diploma or equivalent

2 years of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or other related experience. Required
