Patient Services Representative - Greenfield 53220 Our major healthcare client is seeking a patient services representative to join their on-site team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of healthcare customer service and data entry experience. CNA experience, and being bilingual in English and Spanish are desirable but not required. This is a 4 month contract-to-hire position and a fantastic resume builder! - $19/hr - Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm CST - Growth opportunities available (4 month contract-to-hire) Main Job Duties + Greet patients that come into the stores + Effectively communicate and answer patient questions about product + Maintain positive attitude and build rapport with customers + Work in computer system to open new patient accounts and complete sales transactions + Take payment for cash sales and/or bill products to insurance including gathering prescriptions and documents needed from physicians + Taking orders and entering them into the computer system using a high degree of accuracy + Processing orders on the back end + Assisting customers with shopping for compression garments + Applying compression garments for fitting + Applying orthopedic braces + Apply compression garments and stockings to swollen limbs + Apply orthopedic braces Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
