Location: Aberdeen, Wa
This position works under the direction and supervision of the Clinic Supervisor, Practice Manager or appropriate staff to support in the delivery of cost-effective, clinically competent, reliable healthcare in a safe, respectful manner that ensures patient respect and dignity. Provide effective and efficient front office services to patients; coordinate internal and external clinic phone communications among staff, patients, and providers; accurately collect records and ensure distribution to appropriate staff via computer and/or manual systems; perform clerical, scheduling, and records activities in support of patients and staff. Participates as a fully engaged member of the care team, by demonstrated commitment to service and compassion for the patients of Providence and their families.

Required Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or GED 1 year of Customer service experience.Preferred Qualifications:
Coursework/Training: Two years of community college/business school training. Coursework/Training: Additional course work in business or health care related subjects. 1 year of experience working in a medical setting. Physician group practice.
