This involves daily use of insurance payer portals, coordinating with insurance companies and staff on completing authorization forms, filing appeals and troubleshooting denials of services. This position will also act as back-up to other PSS functions in clinic as determined by the supervisor/manager.The Patient Services Specialist 3 demonstrates service excellence standards regarding communication, attention to detail, reliability in work attendance and time and organization management.
