The Patient Relations Representative is the first point of contact to patients. This position plays a key role in maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service over the phone and the virtual visit platform.

Required Qualifications: 

1 year - Customer Service experience.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Coursework/Training - Some College. Experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
