Required Qualifications: 

1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare registration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: Some college level course work preferred particularly Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant coursework. Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) upon hire. Previous registrar and third party payor experience.
