Summary

JOB SUMMARY: This position promotes successful Patient Access operations while enhancing the customer experience. This position is responsible for ensuring complete and accurate demographic and payer information and also ensures all appropriate compliance policies are followed. This position plays a key role in denial avoidance by validating insurance eligibility and patient status. This position ensures compliance with decedent affairs guidelines and processes. This position denotes a Subject-Matter Expert by acquiring and maintaining all required knowledge to facilitate accurate results.

REQUIREMENTS: 

Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field 3-5 years of experience
