Description

As a Transport Team Lead Technician, you will be responsible for positioning, transferring and transporting patients to and from various departments or locations by wheelchair, bed, or gurney and lifting, turning, transferring and repositioning patients requiring moderate to total assistance. You may also perform teaching and training functions, dispatching function, and limited clerical duties for the transport function. Other role requirements include:

 

Equipment maintenance, cleaning and disinfection Assisting in the management of decedent affairs Training all new hire staff joining Patient Transport and Lift Team Guiding and instructing Patient Transport and Lift Team Techs on how to perform their assigned duties and maintaining daily huddles. Serves as Department Safe Patient Handling Champion Maintaining and posting daily shift activity logs Conducting administrative walkthroughs to ensure Patient Transporters and Lift Techs quality of work is in compliance. Serving as the Department liaison to conduct service recoveries

 

 

Salary: $25.22- $30.17 Hourly
