Job DescriptionPosition: Pattern MakerRole: Learn from others, work on individual and team projects, operate machinery and hand tools, design/build/maintain tooling for foundry castings, implement continuous improvement ideas, work in the foundry.ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery and hand tools.Design, build, and maintain tooling.Read blueprints for precision tooling.Work with foam, wood, and urethane for prototypes/single-use castings.Support foundry processes.Follow standard work processes.Other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsFoundry experience.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Experience with castings and mold design.Ability to perform mold repair.Blueprint reading.Machining skills.Experience with drill press and manual mill.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to operate machinery and hand tools.Experience in designing, building, and maintaining tooling.Ability to work with foam, wood, and urethane.Understanding of foundry processes.Why Work Here?Benefits: 2-3 weeks PTO, 4-day work week (1st shift), 401k with match, health/dental/vision insurance, company-paid disability and life insurance, paid uniforms, boot reimbursement, prescription safety glasses reimbursement.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00
