Job Description Our client in Goodlettsville, TN is looking for a Payables Specialist to join their team. In this role, you'll manage incoming messages from the field team, routing them efficiently and ensuring clear communication between stores and vendors when needed. You'll also handle processing tasks, including payable entries, and regularly communicate with store teams to address and resolve billing concerns. Our client is seeking someone comfortable with conducting research to support various inquiries that may arise. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with other coordinators on the team, assisting with tasks such as inputting files, operating internal systems, and distributing important documents. You'll also act as a backup for invoice processing through our EDI program, verifying costs and ensuring accuracy before payments are finalized.
