Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value Facilitates meetings among stakeholders with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view Interprets business requirements, recognize impact on business processes, and make recommendations Possesses the ability to research and resolve issues independently while working across teams to acquire needed information and collaborate to deliver solutions Organizes and manages multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environmentRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy Knowledge of Payments Domain & MT/MX messages and ACH/Wire Payments Previous experience with SOAP, XML, JSON and other similar web service protocols/technologies Understanding of SQL and database scripting Experience working with JIRAPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
CSM and CSPO certifications Knowledge of Big Data and Cloud Computing Hands on experience on Swagger and API designing
