As a Payment Lifecycle Analyst within the Payment Operations team, you will take charge of migrating to a new global payments system. You will spearhead the industry in managing Intraday Liquidity and enhance global monitoring solutions across the globe. Being a part of the Global Command Centre, you will play a pivotal role in the Control Room, meeting challenges and contributing to the evolution of Business Activity Monitoring.

Job responsibilities

Provides monitoring and maintenance of various application infrastructures Acts as a single point of contact for the Line of Business and external service providers for all applications and connectivity related issues Coordinates and works with other Control Room operations sites to ensure business goals and objectives are met Oversees monitoring of all critical Payment Systems, Links and Transmissions and monitors alerts in Business Alert Management (BAM) or other monitoring tools Identifies and reports business/client/technology impacting incidents which warrant escalation to the Incident Manager and engages with LOB Management, Production Support and other technical support groups to resolve and remediate alerts and incidents Notifies upstream and downstream impacted operation managers of business impact Advances the automation of Command Center functions and identifies opportunities for strategic improvement or mitigation of business interruption and other risks

Writes excellently and communicates well Communicates internally & externally at all levels Solves problems, presents the ownership of issues and has the determination to follow through, as well as escalates issues as appropriate Is able to use creative problem-solving techniques to solve business issues Experiences working as part of a Global team Demonstrates accountability and concern for quality of work and good attention to details Is flexible to occasionally cover some day shifts and weekends

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Knowledge of banking functions, specifically, in one or more of the following areas: Payments, Liquidity, Sanctions, Cash Account Management, Fraud, Risk and Controls Create executive presentations (both individual slides and structured presentations)
