Job Summary:

As a Payment Lifecycle Analyst within our Fraud Specialist team, you will work with stakeholders to identify suspicious activity on accounts and minimize credit loss from fraud. You will effectively prioritize work, approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome. This role requires strong customer focus, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. You will take ownership of each customer interaction, treating customers with respect and responding with empathy. Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

High School diploma/GED required Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction Minimum of one year of customer interaction or customer support experience either by phone or face-to-face Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment  Willing to work in night shifts
