The primary focus will be on reconcilements, daily operations support, Customer inquiries, transaction processing, and maintaining Customer files. Location: Burlington, VT -- 100% on-site. Part Time - 30 hours Work schedule: Monday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, Tuesday - Friday, 8:00am - 1:00pm **Depth & Scope:** + The primary focus will be on reconcilements, daily operations support, Customer inquiries, transaction processing and maintaining Customer files + Performs various clerical tasks associated with Payment Operations + Ensures department standards and deadlines are met on a daily basis + Answers questions for Customers, branches, and department Employees + Maintains files related to job responsibilities + Processes mail as required + Processes / reconciles transactions related to product/functional area **Education & Experience:** + High School Diploma or equivalent experience + 1-2 Years of related experience + Developing knowledge of Payment Operations industry, including systems, products and services + Ability to interact with internal and external Customers in a professional manner to provide exceptional Customer service + Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment + Good organizational skills and attention to detail + PC skills, including developing knowledge of Windows and ability to operate standard office equipment + Communication skills, both verbal and written **Preferred Qualifications:** + Data entry experience + Accounting and balancing experience + Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
