As a Product Manager in Treasury Services Payments, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Works closely with counterparts in other regions to coordinate activities that involve multi-regional engagement; Payment Product teams, Credit Risk, Technology and Operations Identifies process deficiencies, business risks, and escalates accordingly within the Risk and Control framework Work closely with the respective Payment Product teams, Credit Risk, Technology and Operations to document the As-Is as well as collaborate to drive the strategic end state for governance across payment rails. The role will entail documentation and visual presentation of key payment flows in the Bank to highlight points of failure and potential risk– this will be a critical input into the future design and governance of funds Executes quantitative analyses to identity key themes and insights, including ability to source relevant datasets, determine critical components and build appropriate models / outputs; Leads strategic decessioning and governance across various payment rails and collaborates to drive the strategic end state for governance around funds control across payment rails Provides visual presentations of documentation of key payment flows in the Bank to highlight points of failure and potential risk from a credit risk perspective Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Working knowledge of Data analytics tools Working knowledge of Payment flows and credit risk management Commercialization acumen, strong analytics, outside-in competitive view Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to present product concepts, gather feedback and influence decision-making processes Demonstrates high attention to detail, and exemplary quality, thoroughness and completeness of work product Self-starter, team player, curious and eager to learn, flexible, operate with high sense of urgency and integrity Advanced organization skills, ability to thrive in a dynamic environment handling multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders (in different markets/ time zones) Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Working knowledge of Data analytics tools Working knowledge of Payment flows and credit risk management Commercialization acumen, strong analytics, outside-in competitive view Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to present product concepts, gather feedback and influence decision-making processes Demonstrates high attention to detail, and exemplary quality, thoroughness and completeness of work product Self-starter, team player, curious and eager to learn, flexible, operate with high sense of urgency and integrity Advanced organization skills, ability to thrive in a dynamic environment handling multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders (in different markets/ time zones)
